What is up with the popularity of Halo2?
Seriously!
Ok ok... I can understand that the advancement from Halo1 to..2 was pritty sick(as in good) and it features proper 5.1 but the game isn’t that good!
Halo2 seems to have CS(counterstrike) like popularity amongst the Xbox world but I really cant understand why.
In fact from actual data readings, total amount of people playing halo2 in a week is more than people playing all 360 games in a week...combined.
It was fun when it came out for sure. But now I really dislike it. The only way I would play it would be to make videos with my lil bro like this.
Or if i had a really fun group of guys to play it with.
But from what I can gather from playing the online Halo2 servers, 75% of them are punks. Blaming me for their death when I’m in their team, and when I die they don’t shut up about how I’m not contributing to the team...
Ok...ok I admit I do kind of suck at Halo2 but the main reason for this is because people on the servers stress me out too much. I can only play once a month before I start to hulk out on people.
Anyway what I’m trying to get at here is...75% of halo2 players are punks. Halo2 players are the majority of Xbox players. Does that mean that by definition, if I play Xbox that people will think I’m a punk? Are Xbox gamers punks in general?

Thats the problem when these types of games get too popular, they start attracting the wrong crowd of people. THough I have never played a multiplayer game for long enough to truly be annoyed by anyone.
